 At Sierra Vista Realty, we have been helping people buy and sell Sierra Vista real estate for over 60 years! Sierra Vista was incorporated in 1956 and began to grow quickly. Many businesses have come and gone in Sierra Vista’s history, many real estate companies have come and gone as well…. only one is celebrating its 64th anniversary this year! Sierra Vista Realty. As the longest continuously operating real estate office in Sierra Vista, Integrity is paramount in everything we do. It all started with the ambition and imagination of a man named Bob Watkins, who saw the potential not only in selling property, but also in being a part of a young and growing community. This is when Bob, an Arizona native raised in Bisbee and an Annapolis Graduate and navy veteran opened Watkins Realty in 1960. He changed the name to Sierra Vista Realty in 1968. Today Bob Watkins' daughter Beth Hughes continues the Sierra Vista Realty legacy.
